Hair Rinse lice shampoo from Australian Bodycare keeps the scalp free from problems with head lice. The Tea Tree Oil nit shampoo can be used preventively after lice treatment and as ordinary shampoo. Hair Rinse head lice shampoo strengthens hair and scalp to prevent future problems with lice. Hair Rinse shampoo can be used by the whole family and is recommended both after lice treatment and as a preventive lice shampoo against scalp problems. If you and your family have lice, Australian Bodycare recommends that you treat the problem with their Anti Lice cure. Afterwards, you can use the Hair Rinse shampoo to prevent future lice problems. The shampoo contains Tea Tree Oil that cleanses the scalp and counteracts the bacteria that can cause itching and irritation. The high content of Terpineol enhances the oil’s effect so that bacteria and lice problems are effectively prevented. Therefore, use the lice shampoo every time you wash your own or your children’s hair. To use: Australian Bodycare recommends that you use their Hair Rinse lice shampoo to prevent lice every time you wash your hair and scalp. Create a nice lather by massaging the shampoo into wet hair and scalp. Leave it in for a couple of minutes before rinsing out. If you use the Hair Rinse shampoo right after lice treatment with Anti Lice head lice treatment, it is important that the shampoo is applied to the hair BEFORE water. Anti Lice is water repellent and will be very difficult to rinse out if water is applied before shampoo. After lice treatment and hair wash, you should comb the hair to get rid of dead lice and eggs.

  • Next-Day / Express Delivery: £5.99 (where available)
  • Free Delivery: Free UK delivery for all orders over £100.00

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: Next-Day delivery aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch (where available).
  • Total Delivery Time: Usually 3–6 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the shipping option chosen.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Out-of-Area Deliveries

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote areas may take longer and, in some cases, incur an additional delivery charge. We will notify you if this applies to your order before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress online.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

In the rare event of a delay, please allow up to 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. Postal delays can occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or postal network issues beyond our control.

If your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. Unclaimed parcels returned to us can be resent, but additional postage fees may apply.

International Delivery

At present, Urban Beauty delivers only within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand to international destinations in the near future.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All our deliveries are insured and tracked. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or expected delivery date) so we can raise an investigation with the courier.
