Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped via Click & Drop by the Post Office — a reliable and fully tracked service that ensures your parcel reaches you quickly and safely.
Delivery Costs (UK Mainland)

- Tracked Delivery: £3.95 (for orders under £25)
- Next-Day / Express Delivery: £5.99 (where available)
- Free Delivery: Free UK delivery for all orders over £100.00
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: Next-Day delivery aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch (where available).
- Total Delivery Time: Usually 3–6 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the shipping option chosen.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Out-of-Area Deliveries
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote areas may take longer and, in some cases, incur an additional delivery charge. We will notify you if this applies to your order before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress online.
If you do not receive your tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at enquiries@urbanbeaute.co.uk.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
In the rare event of a delay, please allow up to 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. Postal delays can occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or postal network issues beyond our control.
If your parcel cannot be delivered, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. Unclaimed parcels returned to us can be resent, but additional postage fees may apply.
International Delivery
At present, Urban Beauty delivers only within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand to international destinations in the near future.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
All our deliveries are insured and tracked. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or expected delivery date) so we can raise an investigation with the courier.
